March 2007 “Linking up with Outward Focus has turned our company around.

had the privilege of attending a recent Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce
luncheon in which Lori Hayes of Outward Focus was the keynote
speaker. Lori’s cheery personality and positive attitude is
contagious and was present throughout the luncheon, even before her
presentation. With a focus on the importance of setting realistic,
attainable goals for yourself in every aspect of your life, Lori
used personal experiences to support her topic. The audience was
invited to share stories of goals they set for themselves along with

Our goal was to enlist outside help to support us in creating a
vision of who we wanted to be as individuals and as a company. We
had a sense that there was more to work than just the job. We were

and lead our past two all agency teamwork days for both 2005 and

that would allow us to fulfill our goal for an enhanced agency wide
