Mark started Outward Focus in 1991. Drawing on over 3 decades of experience he has developed his gifts of a keen insight and deep faith, which he brings to bear on the challenges Outward Focus clients face. In so doing, he has assured the success of others, which has assured the success of Outward Focus!

Mark is also the director of Acting Up, the drama ministry at Alliance Bible Church in Mequon. He enjoys movies and good books. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and three sons.
